Anti-staining agent, as the name implies, is an auxiliary agent that prevents the fabric from re-staining.
According to the different objects of application, anti-staining agents can be divided into acidic anti-staining agents, active anti-staining agents, etc.
1. Acid anti-staining agent: It has excellent cleaning and anti-anti-staining ability, which can improve the washing fastness of acid dyed fabrics;
2. Active anti-staining agent: It has excellent dispersing, emulsifying and penetrating properties, and can effectively prevent the phenomenon of cross color and white background pollution.
General characteristics of anti-staining agent
1. It has excellent cleaning, dispersing and suspending effects on the unfixed reactive, reducing, direct dyes, alkaline agents, electrolysis and quality of dyed and printed textiles, thereby improving the color fastness of textiles;
2. Excellent anti-staining effect, for printed fabrics, it can prevent white ground from contamination, and for dyed fabrics, it can prevent the contamination of equipment during the dyeing process;
3. It has good chelating ability to calcium salts and magnesium ions, which can prevent calcium soap spots from being produced during soaping;
4. Low foaming effect.
Because of the above characteristics, the solid and anti-staining agent can be applied to the soaping process of reactive dyes, vat dyes, direct dyes, dye printing and dyed fabrics.
